Acceptable Content Use Policy

HCI provides you with an opportunity to express your personal opinions regarding various topics and post comments on content.  We believe that by doing so, we encourage healthy debate for our visitors.

 When using such features, you expressly agree that:

(1) you have the right to post all such information and materials,

(2) all opinions expressed are unbiased, based upon your own analysis, experiences, beliefs or research,

(3) We have a zero tolerance policy towards content that exploits children.

(4) you will not post any content that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory or invades any privacy or publicity rights of any third party; or is abusive, vulgar, threatening, hateful, obscene, scandalous, pornographic, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable; or infringes any copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of any other person. By submitting messages, you represent to HCI that you are the rightful owner of such material or that you have first obtained permission to submit the material from the rightful owner or having given the rightful owner credit for their work.

(5) Any messages posted are not for the purpose of spamming.

(6) No postings will be made that contain virus or other harmful components.

(7) No postings will be used to solicit any unlawful activity and/or be used to make commercial solicitations.

You hereby grant us a perpetual license to use, redact, republish copy and distribute your postings, including any intellectual property contained therein, in any medium now known or hereinafter developed without payment of compensation to you and without seeking any further approval from you. You agree to be solely liable for the content of all information posted by you.

HCI will monitor posted comments to ensure that the Acceptable Content Use Policy rules are adhered too.  HCI may, at its discretion, modify or remove postings if we consider the content to be in violation of our Acceptable Content Use Policy.
